Exchange-Only Policy

Due to the nature of fine gold jewelry, Opulenzza operates under a strict exchange-only policy. We do not offer refunds or store credit. All sales are final. We are happy to assist you with exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.

Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, and free of scratches, in its original condition.

Tags: All security tags must remain attached. If tags are cut or removed, exchanges will not be accepted.

Packaging: The item must be returned with its original packaging, including the authenticity certificate card.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

Custom or personalized jewelry (engravings, custom orders, special orders); items that have been worn, altered, resized, or polished; items without original tags, packaging, or certificate card; items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions; items purchased through Shop Pay Installments or other payment plans; gift cards.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@opulenzza.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and the reason for the exchange. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns sent without a valid RAN will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Pack the item securely with its original packaging and documentation. Ship the item via your local post office or courier service with full insurance for the purchase price. Do not write "jewelry" anywhere on the package for security reasons. Please request a return receipt to confirm delivery.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance when sending items back for exchange. Opulenzza is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Once the returned item is received and inspected by our Quality Control Department, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@opulenzza.com with photos of the issue. Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Opulenzza will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge for verified defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Weight Variation Margin

All listed weights are approximate and may vary by up to 10%. This variation is not a valid reason for exchanges, as it falls within standard industry tolerances for gold jewelry manufacturing.

Size Variation Margin

The measurements listed in centimeters or millimeters are approximate and may vary by plus or minus 0.7 cm. Such differences are considered normal within industry standards and do not qualify for exchanges.

Jewelry Components Policy

Each jewelry piece in a set or bundle is considered a separate item. In case of an exchange request, only the affected component will be replaced. For example: if a chain clasp is defective, only the clasp will be replaced, not the entire chain. Pendants, chains, earrings, and accessories sold together will be treated as individual items. Couple's bracelets are considered separate pieces, meaning an exchange will only apply to the affected bracelet, not the entire pair.

Lifetime Authenticity Warranty

Opulenzza guarantees the authenticity of the materials used in our jewelry for life. This warranty ensures that our pieces contain the stated gold purity (10K, 14K, or 18K). If a piece is found to be made of a different material or does not meet the stated gold percentage, the customer may file a claim.

This warranty does not cover: natural wear and tear of the piece or its settings due to use; damage caused by misuse, including deformation, stretching, impact, or stone loss due to wear or accidental damage; detachment of links or components due to force, including unintentional cases; damage from exposure to chemicals or strong acids; use of non-gold-safe cleaning solutions or polishing creams; lost or stolen items; general wear, improper use, accidental damage, or scratches.

Important: A proof of purchase (order number or store receipt) is required to file a warranty claim. The authenticity certificate card that came with your order is also necessary to validate your claim. Without these documents, we cannot process any warranty claims. No exceptions.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims, including return and reshipment fees.
