2-Day Free Shipping
Opulenzza offers complimentary 2-day shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) using DHL, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and service availability.
Estimated delivery time is two business days from the date of shipment. However, delays may occur due to customs processing, severe weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods (such as holidays). Since delivery services are provided by third-party carriers, Opulenzza cannot guarantee exact delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by contacting us at info@opulenzza.com.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped fully insured at no additional cost to the customer. Every package is insured for the full retail value of its contents. In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.
Package Security
For the security of your purchase, all jewelry shipments are sent in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external branding or indication of contents. Do not write "jewelry" or any description of the contents on the package when shipping returns. A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders.
International Shipping
At this time, Opulenzza ships exclusively within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
Shipping Address Errors
Opulenzza is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If an item is lost or returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover all additional shipping costs for reshipment.
If the address error is on our part, we will cover the reshipment costs at no charge to the customer.
Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning items for exchange, including return shipping and insurance. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Opulenzza is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@opulenzza.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the carrier fails to locate your address, you will need to contact them directly for further assistance.
